this arrived by mail bare root and nearly dead 2 years ago. it has been a slow recovery, one i don't think is complete, judging by the size of the recent bulbs and their huge older bulbs, but it surprised me and put out a spike on a tiny little matured growth, i thought it was a fluke but now another is putting out a spike too. the spotting on the white flowers nearly fades from view a few feet away, casting a silvery grey look to the flowers. i have been growing this in the south facing window, but hope to move it to the bedroom west facing window when i feel it is doing better. this small spike has 13 flowers, but photos of mature plant spikes look like over a hundred. the flowers are about 1.75" across. it has a light but very sweet scent. it is a hybrid of Oncidium Rex Van Delden x Oncidium trilobum.
