Is this a cattleya

I got this plant from someone who was given a few orchids, she did not see the flowers that bloom nor does she know the name, she is does not know much about orchids at all, I was looking at the leaves and they look like cattleya, the roots are not too lively so I put it in some orchid mix with coconut fibre but I think I had better take it back out of this pot and put it into a hanging basket, I put it in the pot just about three days ago,
