Hello! Just want to ask...is it possible to grow a cattleya using backbulb?

I got cattleya orchid backbulbs for free from an agri-industrial fair yesterday. There are four seemingly healthy backbulbs with no leaves. Some of the roots were really old and dried up but there were roots which were still looking fine. Is it still possible for it to have new growths or is it entirely hopeless? Shall I try to revive it or just simply throw it away?

If there is still hope, what can I do to make it grow?
