Default Grocery store Phal stuartiana ?

I got this more than a year ago when it was marked down half price at the grocery store. It had mottled leaves and a couple of almost faded blossoms shown when I posted it last year. Based on the old blossom I decided that it resembles stuartiana. The poor plant has been through it. It got sunburned last summer when it simply could not tolerate the 70% shade cloth. Then it has been attacked by scale and mealies. But, it has produced a spike with 7 blossoms.
