Bulbophyllum maquilingense

Got this one a couple of months ago and the 1st flower opened two days ago. Under lights in the basement, they only open for about six hours and last for reportedly two days. Slightest little puff of air and they bounce around looking for all the world like swarming flies. I tried many times to get a clear close up but it seem's they'll move with even a change in air pressure. No smell that I can detect.
