NO ID Phal

I bought a Phal , seems in good contition, Photos inclunded from the day bought her.
The facts
1)See is in bloom.
2)I open 4 holes just under the bottom line.
3)I list 2 Buds
4) See open 2 new ones a bit small
5)Still alive 3 weeks now and somehow the leaves are looking up now
6)I have watered 2 times fertilize once .

The Problem/question
Even after the holes keeps some water when i water her and after 9 days some roots is a bit green was when i water her and when i make the holes. This time i turn her upside down while holding the bark and dried a bit.

Shall i wait for the blooms to fall or i must repoted asap?
