Red splotches on new Cattleya growth

I got this as a very tiny Seedling(Bare root)Last August.
It has been in a small enclosed tent under lights… Has been growing like crazy!
It only had two leaves left after the mouse got through with it.The rest of the leaves that you see have grown since last September… The latest growth grew really fast but when the leaf unfolded it had these weird wine splotches.I have scoured the Internet but cannot find anything that looks like it. Is it a virus? A fungus? The rest of the plant doesn’t seem to be distressed, new roots going everywhere.It is sitting in the same spot under the same lights it’s always been under. Would appreciate any info anyone can give me… should I just Send it to the compost heap?Lighting is natural daylight from the window, several CFL bulbs,And a fluorescent plant light. Lights are on for 12 hours a day, temperatures are around 75° during the day and a little less than that at night. Humidity is around 70to 80%
There is a small Computer fan for air Circulation. This is the only Orchid affected.… Thanks!
