Unless they are being completely strangled in their pots, I would leave them alone. It's a little late to be repotting if you want flowers in the spring. I would move them outside in dappled sunlight (if you have such a thing) or on the edge of a shady area so they get light but not sun. (your sunlight is especially strong due to your high altitude). Leave them out until nights get to frost temperatures (32 or so) then I would move to the garage for a few days to get them used to slightly warmer temps, then to the house. They can stand the darkness in the garage for a few days without any problem.
