For your language edification... I think the literal translation is something to do with veiling, unveiled, something like that. But it is used in English to present an answer, concept, or freshly prepared dinner from the oven.... that sort of thing. It's sort of a bit like saying Ta-da, but without the magical connotation. Make sense? Probably not...
