Looks good, Steven! Although it looks like your making a Brassavola casserole and are about to pop the little tykes into the oven!

I had trouble with some deflasked Phals. They were fine for a few weeks, then the leaves just started to rot. They were so small, the leaves were in contact with the moss, which could have been the problem. Your guys should be ok. But make environmental changes slowly (humidity and light). Damping off doesn't take well to sudden changes.

I've flasks of Catts, Phals and Trichopilias coming next week, so I'll see if I have more success this time. LOL, I suspect they're from the same place as yours!
