As you can see from the picture the baby is growing nicely but the last p-bulb before it doesn't have any roots yet. When do you decide to divide if there are no new roots and you got your baby growing? I assume that this is the normal way this catt growth but there will always be a baby and the previous p-bulb without roots; it seems there will never be a right time to divide it.
The other red circle looks like a foliar bud about to put on a show but ever since it has broken the 'shell' it hasn't done anything. Has the plant just taken priority to boost the growth of the baby instead of trying to grow two at once?
