i was wondering if anyone else has run into this yet . i had placed an order for about 60 plants, a few days later the vendor called me back and informed me that it would cost an extra $35 to have the plants inspected when they reached our state (tn) was it the size of my order or are we all soon to be jacked up for this new fee. is this a usda thing or a state ag thing?? any info would be greatly appreciated.
