Just clean the area where there is a problem. No need to put it on the entire plant. A diluted solution of the bleach (bleach + water) should not hurt the plant.

If you will un-pot one more time, follow these instructions:

A 2% to 5% bleach solution should not hurt the plant in any way. If you un-pot the plant, soak it in the 5% solution for about five minutes. Then wipe down the plant to make sure all of the mold is gone.

Re-pot in a new or sterilized pot with new medium.

Be sure to clean all the items you return to the pot (plant tag, stake, etc).

That should end your mold problem.

BTW, some people soak (seedlings) in the bleach solution to clean them before potting.
