    Kfir, I didn't know that the yellow lip equestris is called stauroglottis. I also have that one and I'm waiting for this batch of flowers to open.

    I got mine from the usual place I get my orchids, the flower market in Hong Kong . I took a good look at yours and I agree, the orange yellow is very striking. Which province did you get yours? From Cagayan?

    Gorgeous Tanya!

    When I was on a business trip in Hong Kong about 2 years ago, I also walked on the flower market.... All those great orchids!
    And I could not take them due to the CITES rules....
