Since last week I've watched as two of my 'old' and 'survived my learning process' phals developed flower buds. The first, Brother Laurence, had a spike broken or we'd have had two spikes...but for some reason it only gave us one amazingly large and pretty flower.
Secondly is a large no name phal, bought at a grocery store last year. They had marked it down due to it only having two flowers. A star shaped phal, with blood red markings, and four buds left to open.....it's a knockout!
The third I will add in the next post....its my Salu Peoker, still in bloom. I have a picture of them together....all yellows, yet so different in sizes, shapes and color.....
