LOL...too funny...Being i grow in a greenhouse that belongs to someone else, I am aware what is involved. Plus, in the northeast winter, you need a backup heat source in case one fails and a generator to power things in case the power is out from ice storms or trees down from a summer thunderstorm knocking out the power. If your not around, an auto on generator can save your collection from freezing or baking.
Extra things that I know I would want in my greenhouse
1 at least 5 -wall polycarbonate for the roof and twin wall for the sides.
2 auto roof vents
3 thermal retractable curtains for shading and trapping the heat, below the gable space during the winter.
4 gutter system feeding into a large reservoir for collection of rain water and snow melt so it can be pumped out for watering.
5 rolling benches, so I can maximize bench space.
6 a cool room with a wet wall
7 attached potting shed
8 passive and active solar features
9 an unlimited budget

OMG, I was thinking of building a GH but now it looks like I need to add extra $$ to my budget. How much does a HAF cost and what is a HAF??
