it seems that all varieties of lepidum have been moved to flabellum-veneris, based on Kew. This was stunning in full bloom but I didn not get around to taking pics then.

It is a lovely color. Nice shape too.
It is a fast grower...another couple of years and I will no longer be able to find the treefern pot
Ron, growing in treefern, do you worry about buildup of salts?
it is watered with rainwater and an abundance of it...Growing Bulbos is a balance of moisture and air to the roots...I find that treefern works well for many Bulbo species. I worry more about salts and CHC. I have just started experimenting with Epiweb as a growing medium for mounts.
