Don't give up on it. If it is growing that well, I bet you can get it to bloom. I just took a look at our cool blooming cym and it has spikes and buds. I need to move it back inside now.

Stay hope full, a couple of mine are doing the same thing - it's the wrong time of year, and we have yet to have nights below about 55 here so I am pretty sure they are new growths.
