Cycnoches from Flask....Help

Help is the key word. A friend of mine just purchased a flask of Cycnoches cooperi. Both he & I can grow the mature plants ok but from "flask" is a new experience. He has been told that he may loose most of the seedlings as they are extremely hard to grow at this stage, is there anyone with experience that can ofer some guidelines on "what or Not" to do with these seedlings.

I'm in the boat as you but got info straight from the breeder(the person who bred the black Fredclarkeara,PM me if you need).

Deflask as per usual,planting up to the upper most roots in to very small pots(about 25mm square) into very loose sphag or chc,keep just moist and a min night temp of 15 degrees C and about 50 - 60% shade.Under these conditions they should have ecellent bulbs by next winter when they will tolerate cooler temps.

Base on my experience successful rate is about 60 to 70 %. During the first month need to take care properly cause susceptibility to develop rot. The photos below show 11/2 year old Cyc.cooperii , slow growing initially than very fast.
