Can you share how you grow this one, Ron? I have a small division and its not doing great. It got some direct sun in the morning and bright shade for the rest of the day. Its growing in a mixture of chc and fern. Does it have a rest period?

I grow it in a bark mix that retains some moisture. I have it growing with my Maxillaria, so it gets very bright shade with some filtered western exposure. It is not allowed to dry. Fertilized regularly during the warm months less in the dark days of winter.

Thanks Ron, I had been growing it wrong. I let it dry in between waterings! Ok, more watering from now on.
