Hi All!
I just thought I'd share some pictures of my moni roses - I get them from the grocery store and they just love my southern windows!! They are so cute, they really make me happy.
Enjoy!

How pretty....I love roses too. If they develop, or try to share some aphids with your orchids...get out the cheap dishsoap and make a pitcher of soapy water and pour it over the leaves of your roses. It kills them, is inexpensive and your roses will grow like weeds after a little of that in their water.
Lovely idea for a windowsill!

wow what a view they have, if I had that to look at all day I'd be blooming too!!!!!
Beautiful bloom, Becky. You have such a green thumb! I have always loved roses and grow several here in my yard. I tried some mini-roses, but they only grew well in pots. Once planted, they all died. But the regular roses all do very well for me with a little fertilizer and pest spray we get blooms all summer into the fall.
Cheers,
BD
PS - Beautiful view too!
They're soooo pretty and look awesome on your windowsill.
picture perfect! and love the little red one in between all that purply grey one!
They are beautiful! You have perfect window-space for growing a lot of plants as far as I can tell. Lucky you!
How beautiful--They look like they would brighten up any winter day! Do you grow them in that window all year round?
They seem so protected in your apartment! In my garden, they immediately go alive with aphids, which take over it in 5 seconds. So frustrating!
You have a talent to grow them inside, they are so pretty. I have some tea roses blooming out in the garden with lovely long stems but have never been able to grow the minis in the house.
