Fruit Flies?

Are sundew and butterwort easy to grow along with orchids? Similar light requirements to them? I use rain water for my orchids, so water is not a problem

Not hard to grow bright light but not intense sun , keep wet all the time , no fertiliser . when you first get one they are usually in a plastic box what I did was take the top off and place it back on so it is out of kilter allowing some air after a few days take the top all the way off , I used a sodering iron to put a hole in the bottom of the container . what do you do when these plants start getting white mold growing on them from being wet all the time? i have some pebbles in the bottom of the plastic container so the bottom of the plant isn't sitting in water all the time. sometimes i take them out of the plastic container. the one is getting white stuff on it.

Hi , They are probably fungus knats a common pest, letting things dry out a little helps . What I did was buy some of the bug eating plants from a box store sundew and butterwort . they got rid of them for me .But they do take special treatment rain water or Ro. no fertilizer they catch their own food . guh. i just got over a battle with gnats. i remain victorious. i did the yellow sticky traps, but i also doused the 'chids pretty thoroughly with neem every few days.
