Holland Amarills
Hello,
I was not very successful with orchids (I hope I will be later), but I had this amaryllis before Christmas. My husband bought the bulb in Holland. I just love it.

That is really beautiful, Sofia. Thanks for sharing! And don't worry, you will get better with your orchids. Orchids teach us patience and it takes time to figure out what grows best in your conditions. From the looks of this beauty it appears you have a very green thumb!
Cheers,
BD

Beautiful bloom, the texture of the petals is incredible, it looks like fabric!

Thank you! Yes, I love the color too.
Here I have another one but quality of pictures is not good. The name of amaryllis is “Dancing Queen” and I think it is the most beautiful amaryllis in the world. I will try to make better photos when one comes to bloom.

Beautiful amaryllis! I've given up on them personally, except to grow as a disposable plant. No matter what I've tried, I've never succeeded in getting one to rebloom.
