This is my first Cymbidium that I was able to grow here in Fort Worth
Texas. I bought it last year around Easter and I got
it to bloom again Jan 3 2009.

Great! Do you keep it outside?
Very nice, I love the pink edge on the lip.
Very cool! I don't quite understand cymbidium culture. I've heard they like cool, but how much sun? Would they like the Northeast?
Pretty!
I would give it as much sun as possible. Try to avoid north if you can. Generally orchids with grass-like foliage require more light than ones with broad leaves
I too like the pink on the lip...very pretty!
Yes they do well here. I move mine outside come spring and give practically full sun and feed heavily. I leave them out, in the fall, for a cool down and then bring them into my sunroom in front of the a west facing slider door. If you are going to try one, find a compact one for standards get gigantic!
