I think the Dendrobium kingianum was recently reclassified
as Thelychiton kingianus ..is that correct ?

Wonderful looking bloom.
I think I have to burry mine soon

It was just a single cane and it sprouted a new one with 2 leaves but that was it, now it's slowly drying out.

An orchid has a big will to survive

This one like it cooler ,the best for it is in summer on a balcony or in the garden ,bright light but not full sun and planty watering.
You must let it be outdoors to fall to 2-5 ° C at nights and in this time no watering.
Than you take it on a cool place in your home and NO watering before you can see the buds .
When the plant is small you can cultivate it throughout the year for the first time.But no booms
