    At one time in the future I will learn how to ride but jumping just freaks me out. It's a beauty.

    That's really interesting, Ron! I've never seen a horse take jumps like that riderless. Is that why the horse is sort of channeled down a shute that leads to the jump?

    What keeps the horse from refusing the jump?

    Very cool!!! I love jump testing like that - we used to do it with some ponies and they were even more fearless than the bigger horses!! Julie - usually its to watch a horse's composition as they jump to insure that they are doing it soundly, and also, sometimes its just for fun!!

    The chute keeps the horse from running around the jump instead of over it. Gio never refuses a jump, he likes jumping. My daughter is more comfortable jumping 3.5' than 4 foot jumps
