Oh wow that is an awesome one she picked out!!! That is nice that she has taken an interest in orchids also, AND that she negotiated the price down!!! I think $20 is a very fair price for a plant in that great of condition. Nice orchid area too!!

good for you! nothing like sharing your hobbies (i've learned this after 21 years of marriage) but if they don't dig them then great tolerance is required. glad the former worked out for you!!! p.s. its a beauty! p.s.s maybe she could come by to haggle with my fencing contractor!

It sure is a great help that she's loving the chids more and more. She doesn't quite like the paphs yet but I'm sure that'll change eventually.

MY husband so far isnt 'into' orchids but he is more than happy to give me a helping hand with them, he helped me mount my Den. loddigisii and put up my metal halide and bought it first of course, he is on the look out for a mini fridge for my masdie, He loves plants so he will do anything to help me get my conditions right. I hope one day he is happy orchid shopping with me! It is great news that your wife now also Loves them and wants to be involved as BD said the shopping will be great fun. and also if you have to go away again you know they are in very safe hands. good work and by the way your fish are as beautiful as your orchids!
