Instruction for me about Dendrobium

This Dendrobium is popular in my country ,but i don't know right name ot Dendrobium.local name Dendrobium Hawaii (orchid's my friend)

It appears to be Dendrobium anosmum. The species has a fragrance similar to raspberries.

I agree with Ron, it does look like Dendrobium anosmum.
In Hawaii it has several common names since it is also a very popular species there.

My question is what do you do with those long canes after it blooms out. I have one and it only blooms on the newest cane each year. Should I cut back the old ones?

Leave the old canes attached. They still store water and nutrients for the new growths.
They will eventually expire and fall off on their own.

as stated it looks like d. anosmum, i have that and it has a very very sweet fragrance.
there is also a white bloom. locally we call it sanggumay.
