Of course you can. Just set a date long beforehand so I can schedule fairly. Fairly, because I have about 10-12 Christmas parties to attend every year, hahaha. Thus, the best time is between Christmas and New Year.

However, there are two blooming times in one season:
1. One to three months after the start of heavy rains - this is typically August to October
2. One to three months after the start of cool dry weather - typically January to March

So, if you come in December the first blooming time has barely started. On the other hand, you shall have the chance to experience a Philippine Christmas, and the short stretch of dirt road to the farm would not be muddy and almost impassable.
