I have several Ascda. and Vanda growing in my basement under lights, and believe it or not, they bloom well there for me. I have 5 in bloom now and 2 more in bud.

i dont think mine is special and maybe 3-4 years old, its just showing off now.
wow, if your growing conditions are so good in your basement then your mokara should do well also, congrats on that!
