As already stated, looks like cell collapse from temp issue. There is nothing to be done about after it happens. The cells have burst. If it was fungal, there would be wetness and possibly an odor. Is it possible water condensed on a window and dripped onto this orchid? Sometimes that cold water can cause this. Overall, your phal should be fine.
