Hi Orchid2009, Margo is offering some very good advice. Growing orchids can be an exciting and fun adventure, but the reward comes when they bloom and put on their show. Starting from seed means you will be waiting several years before seeing any blooms. Why not get a plant in bud or if you prefer, get one that is Blooming Size (BS) but not in bud yet. Then you can earn the blooms.
