Black spots on Catt leaves

This is a plant I received about a week ago from an online seller. Older leaves appear to be sunburnt but newer ones looked fine; there's a sheath on the newest growth that's turning yellow and also turning black from the tip back, which I figured was just normal loss due to stress. It was shipped bare-root, so I anticipated some stress. Then tonight, I noticed these spots. Problem?

Those are also just symptoms of sunburn I think, don't overthink it to much. All catts have some spotting, its pretty normal. Leave it alone so it can recover from being shipped bare root and it should be fine.

just a slight case of fungal spotting due to being shipped. Being trapped in a box for a few days with no air circulation can cause this. It doesn't look too bad at all, but to be on the safe side you might want to treat it before you repot.

A little fungicide spray will help. If the spots continue to grow, there will be cause for concern, but for now, just spray and all should be fine.
