    brilliant pics Shann. Having seen your excellent shots I've decided to buy a macro asap!
    Yay...so glad you decided to take the plunge. Hope you get yourself a good one! Mine can be a little tricky but when it gets it right..it really gets it right!

    Now...another great day of pics. First one was taken midday...a bit bright. All the other pics came out really sharp because sunrise and sunset make for the best light!!












    Caught this guy mid-flight and got the shot!!




    This dragonfly was really patient. I wish you all could see the full size pics cause the detail is fascinating:






    One close-up...check out those eyes!

    I love all the pollen on the bee's. The first bee pic was my fav of the group. Though seeing the "mechanics" of the wings on that dragonfly was quite something.

    I am so glad you all are enjoying these because I have a lot of fun sharing them with you.

    I think you could and it wouldn't hurt to try! It just takes the right kind of lens, patience, and good lighting doesn't hurt either.

    One more that was kinda nice...I like the pollen on the bee's leg:
