I found this guy while I was in Telapak Buruk Mountain Negeri Sembilan on fallen tree, very small plant with thick succulent leaves, just to share with you the miniature orchid, unfortunately after 24 hours the bloom begin to fade.

Very nice! That most likely is Chroniochilus virescens.
Does it grow that wet all the time in its natural habitat?(do they get dry?)
Tom you are right, I think this one is Chronochilous virescens thanks for the ID.Actually the photo I took after the heavy rain. In the wild I saw hundreds of this small plants attached strongly on the tree bark and difficult to pull it.Surrounding area is dried during day time and probably little wet night time cause near to water fall.
Thank you for the habitat info. I bought one of those four months ago and I hope it will bloom next year.
