Sorry cause my English, I can't find suitable words. Look at your plant, I think it need very much of water, but my unicum don't like water, even tender buds died when they touch rain drop.
In winter, they seem growup better, but in summer they can't grow any more.

Truong, besides what I have said, I would suggest you put your plant in an airy and cooler spot. It doesn't need a lot light. In the winter time, the plant should be given a light winter rest, so it should not be growing.
