    Default NOID Cattleya from the farmer's market

    Another farmers market purchase. Has two spikes with a total of 8 buds and is fragrant. It's 5" from time to tip. The color is much deeper than I'm able to capture on camera.

    The spike with the 5 buds is still pretty small. The three bloom spike is in the process of open now. Sadly, it does not look like both will be in bloom at the same time.

    They will probably stay in bloom long enough to be seen for a few days together. At least that is my wish!
