His book, The Orchids of the Philippines, states that platycaulon is endemic to the Philippines.

In the book Dendrobium and its Relatives, Bill Lavarck et all state that Dendrobium lamellatum occurs from Myanmar to Java, Borneo, and the Philippines. However, some experts prefer to use the term D. platycaulon for those plants found in the Philippines and D. lamellatum for those found outside of the Philippines.
Drosera, I have the latter book in my lap, and I think your plant is Dendrobium platygastrium.
