Can't help you either but it is very beautiful.

The flower form looks very similar to Den. derryi, so try your luck at Oxystophyllum section.

Yes, it is a little similar with derryi, but the stripes....

I got it in Germany as Dendrobium species, this is not a hybrid.
Yes, it is deciduos, one photo from a plant i can make a next days

Now I know, what`s the name - it is Dendrobium jiewhoei.
