    Default Phrag schlimii 'Wilcox' AM/AOS

    A bit of historical info on this one. This was awarded as a Phrag schlimii about 100 years ago. Most likely it is not a species but a Phrag Cardinale. Still the name holds.

    No it is a Cardinale...but was awarded as schlimii way back when so that tag stays with it. This a division stemming from the original awarded plant.

    Jenny but this is a nice compact one...Mine is only about 6" tall.

    It's really nice. Much easier to grow and bloom than actual schlimii. I am looking for one, but haven't found a good clone yet. I seen some plant with same clone name that have huge flower, about 3" across. =)
