    When I read the title, I thought to myself "no bloom is ugly...", then I opened the thread, saw the picture, just laughed and laughed.

    I still don't think it's ugly, just really unique.

    I was expecting to see something really, really ugly but I have to agree with Liz. It's just unique. I'm sure Rob, who likes weird plants, will like this one.

    Uh, not sure if I'm the right Rob. LOL That said, I *do* like this. And, it's nowhere *NEAR* as ugly as bellatulum.

    Liking a "weird" plant might indicate that you have more than a name in common with Rob (Robidendrum) who about a week ago, declared his love of orchids because they are "weird and cool looking plants."
