    Just a few pics of the cattleya orchid "children" that are in bloom now. Hope they last till my orchid society meeting next week so I can show them off.

    Jeff, how large is your George King? And is this the 1st flowering or has it bloomed previously? Oh and they are all wonderful!

    It's a 4.5 inch flower. Not its first flower. It has another 3 leads with buds. Only singles in those.

    Sorry, Jeff. What I wanted to know is how large is the plant? I have a small plant (seedling) that I got from a person I know in Florida for $2.00. I potted it up and over this past summer it has grown considerably. I know it will have to get larger before I see a flower and this is the reason for my query. I also have a George King 'Southern Cross'.
