What these ones tend to do is send off new growths after the flowering period so late spring sends off new growth, with all the light during summer, they tend to harden off and then may throw off a new shoot around autumn, so by winter, these new shoots need to harden off... stick em out in full winter sun.. that should do the trick...

Stick them *outside*??? In winter? I live in Canada! I don't think that's indicated. LOL

I do have the darned thing stuck up against the cold glass of my south window, but no dice.
