thanks for the quick ID nelson. Any tips on how to grow this? I understand that
this may be an intermediate grower but how about light? should it do well under
    phal light?

Those are adorable. Conosidering Nelson's lack of success, perhaps finding out what he DID try might be of value? Also you might consider, since you have 3 of them, trying a different culture with each.

    Great buy!
It is an intermediate grower. I grow all three clones of mine on hardwood/stick/cork, water every other day with 70%+ humidity, 800-1000FC light. It "needs" good air movement...whatever the growing medium you decide to use, let the plant get slightly dry between waterings...

thanks for the tip tom, actually the wife and I are wondering on how we should water this
monster.... she votes for spray bottle, i vote for a few drops... as for humidity, i have
them now with my other phals/paphs that has a wet rag under the pots.... hopefully that'll
be enough to increase the humidity. As for lights, my paph/phals seems to be happy with
where they are now, so hopefully they'll be pretty happy there. My biggest problem would
be temps, as they are intermediate.... my outdoor grow area can get pretty cold at night
and my intermediate plants (non orchids) seems to be very happy there. But indoors, is a
different story. Maybe I'll take Pavel's advice and bring one of them outdoors and see
    what happens.

thanks for looking guys, fingers crossed that i can keep this baby alive.
