Little guy that lives in my tank. Ive noticed it grows two types of growths, a non flowering smaller leaf and a larger flowering one. Its probably like 1 cm wide x 1.25 cm long. Warm intermediate grower, giving it RO to keep relatively moist.

That is cool, SOS. The flower is so tiny, I bet it is easy to miss when it blooms.
