maybe you are right. But according to Kew List Holc. auriculatum is still valid name. There is a diffrent in the flower shape. I've bought, but subulifolium at the moment is not flowering.

That's just my own opinion. My subulifoium is not blooming too. It will bloom one or two months later.

even, also the blooming time is diffrent. Auriculatum now and subulifolium first April-May.
Take care of your yellow one, the number one on my wont to have list.

And about the blooming time, in the wild and in city,i think the different climate will make it different.
the Holcoglossum kimballianum is very amazing
