Lars, My E. biloba will start the new growth(hopefully growths someday) in Early or late fall and finish the growth in early June of the following year, then it will just sit there doing nothing for two or three months. IMO, it doesn't need a lot of light to grow or bloom this species, I grow it bright but less than Cattleya light.
Flowers only last for 2-3 weeks.

Amey, it will grow warm but not too hot.
