I'm talking about those two root rotted phals from...hmmm...roughly a year ago. I'm getting tired of watching them do nothing but get shriveled up even more. I *thought* they were recovering when one threw out a leaf and another grew two roots, but the leaf rather drained energy from the plant and the two roots got sort of fungus-y and stopped growing. I tried everything--bagging, misting, sphag...and nothing worked!

I mean, I do like the phals, it'll stink to see 'em croak, but then, I'm also very tired of seeing them hanging near the edge of life and doing nothing. Should I give up? Or take one more step and do something hoping for a miracle?
