i think you have a Coelandria armeniaca. im missing the stripes on this one.
The stripes are missing. When the flowers open they are also do not have the orange ring: it only starts showing 2-3 days after the flower opens. Two possibilities: it is not bullenianum (in which case I have another plant which has been mis-sold by a nursery, which seems to happen a lot), or the stripes develop a bit later.im missing the stripes on this one.
I can't find anything on armeniaca
Not sure which it is, but it is brilliant. I love the bright color. Hopefully the stripes will come along and it can be correctly identified.
Cheers,

Hey, Lars! Are the stripes showing up yet?
No stripes, so I guess it is Den armeniaca - I thought Coelandria has been reclassified Dendrobium, but it is hard to follow the right classification
On the other hand, came across this description, vs. this. The plant habitus does not at all look like armeniacum.
hi lars,
that plant on IOSPE is a completely different one, looks more like euphlebium to me.
here is the link from nelson's post http://www.rv-orchidworks.com/orchid...armeniaca.html
i have both species here, the leaves differ as well, d.bullenianum has softer, wider and a bit more rounded leaves with veins more visible.
