Canh, is this species common in Vietnam?
I am very interested in the lip. So often the lip, seen in UV light as insects see, looks very different. I believe that in most cases it is seen by the pollinator as a landing pad. In this case you can see the difference of the lip from the other petals and sepals, pretty obvious and pretty gorgeous!
@lanlua: It is not common in viet nam but not rare.
Just to cause some discussion, the Kew List of Monocots have this plant listed as having the correct name... VANDA flabellata.
